Collaborative Planning Grants Announced
Innovative grants designed for humanists, jointly sponsored by IRWG and the Institute for the Humanities, have been awarded to (1) Maria Cotera (American Culture and Women's Studies) and Paul Conway (School of Information) and (2) Martha S. Jones (History, Afroamerican and African Studies, and Affiliated Faculty of Law) and Hannah Rosen (IRWG).

Proposals due June 7, 2012, for "activist" scholarship or other creative activities that benefit local and global communities experiencing gender-based health disparities.
CFP: Feminist Sinologies
Proposals due June 1, 2012, for a fall conference about the production of knowledge made possible by the synergies between feminist theory and sinology.
